An education-only provider built for practical workplace learning

PIMTV B.V. is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and delivers online professional education to learners across Canada. Our programmes focus on transferable workplace competencies, clear lesson structure, and materials that support repeat practice.

Participation in educational programmes does not guarantee employment, promotions, certifications, business success, or financial outcomes.

Canada-wide online

What “practical” means here

Lessons use concrete workplace artefacts: agendas, meeting notes, stakeholder updates, action logs, lightweight plans, and documentation standards. The focus stays on learnable behaviours and repeatable routines, not promises.

Scope

Education-only provider. No television broadcasting, media production, consulting, financial services, legal services, accounting, recruitment, employment placement, software development, or regulated professional advice.

Why PIMTV started

PIMTV B.V. was started in 2019 after noticing a pattern across workplace learning requests: people were often given broad advice, but not the concrete tools needed to practise day-to-day skills. The founders wanted education that translates into visible work outputs—clear emails, structured meetings, tidy documentation, and simple plans that can be maintained under time pressure.

That observation shaped the programme design. Each course is built around small modules and applied tasks, with downloadable templates that can be adapted to different industries. The goal is not to replace formal qualifications or regulated training; it is to provide practical learning that supports professional development through repetition and clear examples.

Today, the website serves learners across Canada through fully online delivery, while the business is operated from the Netherlands. This is intentional: online delivery lets the curriculum remain consistent, while learners access the material where they live and work.

Mission

Accessible, practical, flexible online education

Provide online learning that supports lifelong professional development. Lessons aim for clarity: defined learning outcomes, applied tasks, and materials that can be reused over time.

Integrity

Clear scope, plain-language policies, and honest statements about outcomes and limitations.

Lifelong learning

Skills are strengthened through practice cycles, reflection, and repeat use of templates and checklists.

Learning philosophy

Explain the “why”, demonstrate the “how”, then assign a short applied task. Learners practise with rubrics and examples so expectations are not vague.

Innovation

Continuous updates based on learner questions and the unglamorous reality of workplace constraints.

We describe educational scope and learning format clearly. Any references to outcomes are examples of learning experience, not guarantees.

Learning quality and standards

Programme quality is maintained through a simple, auditable workflow. Each course is written with explicit learning objectives, a lesson sequence that builds from fundamentals to applied practice, and downloadable tools that support consistent output. Materials are designed to be used in a “work context”: draft an agenda, structure an email, outline a small plan, then refine it using examples and checklists.

Before a module is published, content is checked for plain-language clarity, scope accuracy, and compliance statements. Anything that could be read as regulated advice is removed, and we avoid claims that would imply guaranteed employment, promotions, or financial outcomes. This is educational content intended to help learners build competence through methodical practice; learners remain responsible for how they apply skills in their workplace or study environment.

For learners in different Canadian provinces and territories, we keep delivery consistent by focusing on transferable skills rather than jurisdiction-specific professional rules. When a topic touches on regulated areas (for example, employment law, accounting, or immigration), we do not provide that content as advice. Instead, we focus on communication habits, documentation hygiene, and project coordination basics that are broadly applicable.

Clear learning objectives

Each module lists what is covered, what is not covered, and the expected practice outputs.

Applied exercises

Short tasks that mirror workplace sequences: prepare, draft, revise, and document.

Template library

Workbooks and templates that support repeatable practice: agendas, trackers, planners.

Support workflow

Learner questions are answered with references to the relevant module section and template.

Learning specialists

Educational profiles on this site describe teaching and curriculum expertise only. Learning specialists contribute to lesson design, examples, exercises, and learner support guidance. They do not provide consulting, legal advice, financial advice, accounting services, recruitment, employment placement, or regulated professional services. Where learners request role-specific recommendations, responses stay focused on learning pathways and how to practise skills using the course materials.

Dana L. — Business Administration Educator (Curriculum Design)

Dana has spent 11 years translating operational processes into teachable modules—document control, meeting systems, and administrative planning routines. Her work focuses on making “admin work” observable and measurable: what to write, where to store it, and how to keep it consistent. Learners often mention her checklists because they reduce second-guessing. Outside curriculum work, she is known for ruthless clarity in examples: one page, one outcome.

Marcus T. — Communication Instructor (Workplace Writing)

Marcus has 9 years of experience teaching professional writing and presentation structure for workplace settings. He specialises in concise updates, action-oriented follow-ups, and meeting participation frameworks that keep teams aligned. In the communication modules, he is responsible for the “before/after draft” exercises—showing edits without turning them into a promise of outcomes. Learners value his approach because it replaces vague feedback with specific, repeatable patterns.

Priya S. — Leadership Development Specialist (Team Skills)

Priya has worked for 10 years on leadership skills training focused on delegation, feedback structure, and decision-making under constraints. Her modules use scenario drills: common team situations, realistic time limits, and written reflection prompts. She is known for making leadership feel teachable without hype—what to say, how to set expectations, and how to document decisions. Her specialist focus is “operational leadership”: small routines that reduce confusion and rework.

Evan R. — Professional Learning Advisor (Programme Pathways)

Evan supports learners with programme selection and study routines. Over the past 8 years, he has helped adults choose realistic learning sequences based on time, workload, and preferred practice style. His guidance stays within educational scope: how to pace modules, how to use templates, and how to build a practice loop that does not collapse after week two. Learners often recognise him for pragmatic advice on scheduling and for clear boundaries around what PIMTV does not provide.
